We are so excited to have the opportunity to partner with our Colombian brothers and sisters and spread the Gospel of Christ to the lost and hurting in Medellín, Colombia.
What Will We Be Doing?
We’ve been invited to work with Ciudad Refugio, a “team of passionate people committed to loving God and serving the needs of others, offering holistic assistance and opportunity to Colombia’s most vulnerable populations.” (visit their website here).
Our team will be serving the community by helping with construction projects, homeless and feeding programs, rehabilitation programs, Bible studies, children’s outreaches, church services and more.
How Can You Get Involved?
Firstly we ask for prayer - this is a serious undertaking and we want each step to be in line with the will of God. Please pray for wisdom in decision making (both for team members here and in Colombia), security and safe travels, and for boldness in proclaiming the Gospel.
Secondly, we ask for funding as each are willing to give. You can help us meet our missions fund goal by 1.) giving directly to our missions fund, 2.) spreading the word so more people know about the trip and/or 3.) participating in our fundraisers in the next few months.
